UK DELIVERY INFO

All UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY (£4.50)

  • Nazz Collection customers are eligible to our FREE delivery service in the UK when you spend over £75.
  • Standard UK tracked Royal Mail delivery operates Monday to Saturday and takes approx 2-3 working days.
  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday. 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY (£5.99)

  • Need that item asap? Order before 2.30pm Monday to Friday to receive UK next day shipping.
  • Order on Friday and receive by Saturday for an additional £1.99 at £7.99.

Please note: All orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday & over the weekend will be processed on Monday. No shipping is available on Bank and public holidays so any next day delivery placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY SERVICE

  • All standard tracked international deliveries are handled by Royal Mail.
  • All international express deliveries are handled by DHL.

STANDARD EUROPE DELIVERY (£10.99)

  • Nazz Collection customers are eligible to our FREE worldwide delivery service when you spend over £75.
  • Standard europe international tracked Royal Mail delivery operates Monday to Saturday and takes approx 4-14 working days (depending on country)
  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday. 

STANDARD REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY (£12.99)

  • Nazz Collection customers are eligible to our FREE worldwide delivery service when you spend over £75.
  • Standard international tracked Royal Mail delivery operates Monday to Saturday and takes approx 7-21 working days (depending on country)
  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday. 

WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DELIVERY (£30)

  • Need that item asap? Order before 2.30pm Monday to Friday to receive your order within 2-4 working days. 

Please note: We are happy to deliver anywhere in the world in some cases delays may occur at the point of customs/duties, these delays are beyond our control. Any customers or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customers clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customers policies vary widely from country to country so you may want to contact your local customs office for more info.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFO

  • Reliability is key, which is why we use a track and signed for delivery service.
  • Please ensure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, a card may be left  so that a re-delivery can be arranged, so keep an eye out, or collection from your local depo.
  • Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
